1. Introduction
Welcome to Lemon (“Lemon,” the “App,” or the “Service”), a product of Futureproof Lab, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lemon.
By accessing or using Lemon, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lemon for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Circumvent security, access controls, or usage limits
Use Lemon to violate applicable laws or regulations
Use Lemon to surveil, spy on, or collect information about others without consent
Misuse screen visibility or system-level features
Screen Visibility & Contextual Access
When explicitly activated by you, Lemon may access visible portions of your screen to determine context, identify input fields, or act on highlighted content.
Screenshots are processed in memory only
Screenshots are never stored
Screen data is used solely to fulfill user-initiated actions
Assistant Content, Background Tasks & Stored Outputs
When you use Lemon’s assistant or background features, Lemon may generate and store user-visible outputs, including:
Assistant responses
Generated text or images
Task results, summaries, or conversation history
These outputs are retained indefinitely until deleted by you or until your account is deleted.
Raw voice audio, screenshots, and third-party integration source data are not stored.
Third-Party Integrations (OAuth)
5.1 Authorized Access Only
Lemon supports optional integrations with third-party services through OAuth.
Lemon:
Accesses only data explicitly authorized through OAuth scopes
Cannot access data outside granted permissions
Acts only on user-initiated commands
Depending on the integration, Lemon may read, draft, create, modify, or retrieve content as explicitly requested by you.
5.2 No Automated or Background Actions
Lemon does not perform automated, scheduled, or background actions on connected third-party accounts.
All actions occur solely in response to explicit user commands.
5.3 User Control & Revocation
You may revoke integration access at any time through:
Third-party account permissions, and/or
Lemon’s in-app integration settings
Revoking access immediately disables related features.
Use of Google User Data
Lemon’s access to Google user data is strictly limited to providing user-requested functionality.
Lemon:
Does not store Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive source data
Processes Google data transiently to fulfill commands
Does not use Google data for advertising, analytics, personalization, or model training
Does not transfer Google data except to fulfill user requests, comply with law, or protect service security
All access to Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Human Access to User Data
No human at Futureproof Lab may access user content except:
With explicit user consent
When required for security or abuse investigations
When required by applicable law
Any permitted access is limited, logged, and audited.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use Lemon only for lawful purposes
Obtain consent before processing others’ data
Not bypass or interfere with safety, security, or detection mechanisms
Not disrupt or degrade the Service
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.
AI Service Disclaimer
Lemon uses third-party AI systems to generate responses and perform tasks.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Lemon does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You use all outputs at your own discretion and risk.
. Account Deletion
You may delete your Lemon account at any time through the account deletion portal.
Upon deletion:
Authentication credentials and OAuth tokens are permanently removed
Stored assistant content and task history are deleted
No third-party integration source data persists (none is stored)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Lemon is provided “as is” and “as available”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
Futureproof Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Lemon if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse or attempt to bypass system protections
You pose a security, legal, or compliance risk
Required by law or regulatory authority
Upon termination, your license to use Lemon immediately ceases.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lemon after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
